Multiple transportation means could be used to reach Eindhoven to attend MAP EXPO 2017.
1. Transportation to Eindhoven
From Schiphol Airport
From Schiphol Airport you can travel by train to Eindhoven Centraal. In the main hall of the airport there direction signs which will lead to the train station. Also you will find the ticket machine, in bright yellow and blue colours, where you can buy tickets. The costs for a one-way ticket are €19,80. There is no possibility to reserve seats and you will not be bounded to a specific time to travel.
From Brussels
From Brussels Airport – Zaventum you can travel by train to Eindhoven Centraal. You will travel with the Intercity Brussel and an one-way ticket costs €37,00. There is no possibility to reserve seats and you will not be bounded to a specific time to travel.
From Dusseldorf
From Dusseldorf Airport you can travel by train to Eindhoven Centraal. Prices vary from €22,50 to €53,80. This depends on which time you will travel as well as which train service chosen. There is no possibility to reserve seats and you will not be bounded to a specific time to travel.
- From Eindhoven Central Station to Beursgebouw Eindhoven
From Eindhoven Centraal you can go by foot to the exhibition hall Beursgebouw Eindhoven. Only 2 minutes walking distance you reach Beursgebouw Eindhoven. Take the stairs down from the platform and turn right (follow the signs “Beursgebouw”). At the exit, turn left, you will see Beursgebouw at your left. Walk right around the building, through the bicycle and pedestrian tunnel, through the shopping promenade you will see the main entrance of the exhibition center on your left.
2. Car Rental
There are multiple options to rent a car in Eindhoven. Whilst renting a car instead of choosing the option to by train, it will give you the freedom to travel whenever you would like to. Also if decided to make a day trip to the zoo for example, a car will give you the freedom to choose on which time you would like to depart and return.
